		<description>That subtle dismissive tone from Google about the apps outage is how any company banking on the cloud tries to downplay it. The cloud is nice and all but there is no way in hell I am going to count on it, because the first time I HAVE to have something back from it in a bad way it will not be there.

As far as how you handle outages, Netflix does a pretty damn good job of comunication, and response.</description>
