Looking for a baby

My sister Jennifer and her husband Russ are looking for a baby to adopt. They live in Williamsburg, Virginia. They have completed all investigations, training, counseling, and so forth, and are ready for the payoff.

They are looking through their adoption agency, of course, but they’ll save considerable money if they can find a baby through networking. They are looking for a Caucasian, Caucasian/Hispanic, or Caucasian/Asian child less than a year old, and they wish to adopt in the United States.
