Friday night dribblings

This was to be a brilliantly written piece on the White House sitting on the initial findings from the Fort Hood shooter investigation for 11 days (and counting).  Instead I’m stumbling through an almost-nothing post, for which I ask your forgiveness.

Lea’s down with what she believes is the same bug that kept Aaron up all night Wednesday and out of school yesterday.  She’s in the bed, and we’re crossing our fingers.  (There was hourly overnight emesis with the younger boy.)

I’m finishing the last of my traditional Christmas movie trio, and waiting to see what tomorrow brings (besides a little sleet ushering in another big pile of cold rain, and we’re at nearly 5″ for the month already).  Hopefully I can bring you something a little more memorable then.

Have a good weekend.

  1. Thank you, ladies. Lea is doing a little better–I was able to get a cup of Chicken ‘n’ Stars in her–but she’s been in the bed all day solid. I’d call her doubtful for church tomorrow.

Jenny, Planes Trains and Automobiles is a Thanksgiving movie. 🙂
